Welcome to the support page for Pluma, a Gmail Add-on that helps creators analyze emails and detect potential spam or deceptive sponsorship offers.
What does Pluma do?
Pluma analyzes individual emails when you click the “Analyze email” button. It provides:
- A category label (e.g., Legit Offer, Spam, Suspicious, etc.)
- A short explanation for the classification
This helps you stay safe from scams and filter through incoming messages more efficiently.
How it works
- Pluma only analyzes the currently opened email when you click Analyze
- It does not scan your inbox
- Email content is securely sent to our backend and OpenAI for classification
- We don’t modify or delete any of your messages
Privacy & Data
We don’t collect or store any of your personal data.
We store only the analyzed message and its AI-generated result for debugging and quality control.
