Pluma is a Gmail™ add-on that helps content creators analyze sponsorship offers and detect scams. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Information We Collect

We only collect information when you use the “Analyze email” feature. Specifically:

  • The content of the email being analyzed
  • Metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, and message ID
  • Your email address (for internal identification only)
  • The result of the AI-powered analysis

Why We Collect This Data

  • To generate accurate insights about emails
  • To help debug and improve product reliability

We never use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.

Data Sharing

We send the email content to OpenAI’s API to generate the analysis. This data is transmitted securely and never stored or reused by OpenAI. No other services or entities receive access to your data. We do not share your email address with OpenAI.

Data Retention

We store analyzed email content, metadata, and results for internal analytics and debugging. This data is retained indefinitely unless requested otherwise.

Data Deletion

If you would like your data to be deleted, please contact us at creatorflowapp@gmail.com. We will delete your data promptly.

Data Protection

All communication with our backend and OpenAI’s API is encrypted via HTTPS. Stored data is protected using secure cloud infrastructure and access is limited to authorized team members.

Use of Google Workspace Data

Pluma does not use any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The data is only processed for the purpose of delivering user-requested functionality within the add-on.
